When should you see a therapist?

1. After a breakup or divorce
There may be still a stigma when talking about seeing a therapist however more and more people are opening up about needing to go to therapy and the way it has helped them lead a better life. Having someone who will listen to you, talk about your problems and concerns for an hour at a time, has only your best interests at heart and wants to help you feel better, what could be so bad about this. There are many times in your life when you may be struggling and desperately need someone to help you navigate ways to help you lead a more fulfilling life.
