1. Excessive caffeine
Humans only have so much energy so it’s natural that sometimes we feel tired and lacking our usual drive. We may or may not easily identify the causes of what is making us tired, but usually the main causes that come to mind are, Are we sleeping properly? Are we eating a balanced died? Are we going through a stressful situation in either our personal or professional lives? All these are quite common starting points.
