Small ways to add more activity to your daily routine

2. Take the stairs instead of lift
It’s easier than you think to get a little more fit and healthy. Some small minor tasks could improve your fitness and will not take much of your time. Examples of this are instead of sitting at your desk on your lunch break, get up and go for a walk. Instead of trying to find the closest parking spot to your destination, try parking a little further away so you are forced to walk a little more. Why not try organising your closet and keep it that way every day, this little movement could help in the long run. Here are some other great small steps in which to become a little more active.
