Inside the world’s first underwater villa

The Muraka is the worlds first underwater hotel villa located in the Maldives, the villa which is located more than 16ft below sea level goes for $50,000 a night. The Muraka is part of the Hilton’s Conrad Maldives Rangali island resort and is said to have cost a whopping $15million to build. The two level villa offers you panoramic views above and under the sea, you get to the lower level of the villa via a spiral staircase or elevator, where you reach the master bedroom, the king- size bed has a 180 degree view of the sea allowing you to sleep with fish swimming over your head. The Muraka truly is a unique experience and one of a kind in the world, perfect for adventure lovers and of course those who can afford such an experience.
