How to become a morning person
1. Let light into your room
If you have always dreaded waking up early to go to work and you really aren’t a morning person these tips might help you change your lifestyle. Some people are morning larks as they call it and some people are night owls everyone is different but you can use methods to help you gradually feel better when waking up early. Researchers from different universities around the world have teamed up to find methods which may help shifts a persons body clock. A group of night owls tested these methods out and was proven that they shifted their body clock by 2 hours whilst still getting the same hours of sleep just sleeping earlier and waking up earlier.
