Juicing can actually remove the fibre from fruit and veg and also releases the sugars from inside plant cell walls. A juice cleanse doesn’t contain enough protein to prevent muscle being lost and can harm teeth and raise blood sugar level. While a juice a day gives you vitamin C it’s not sensible to just drink juice and nothing else.
